Refund

We refund your money within 7 working days which starts from the time of processing the refund. You will get the refund amount credited to the same account or card used at the time of purchase.


Cancellation policy

Your order can be canceled before it is dispatched. In case your order gets canceled post-dispatch, the shipping charge and restocking fee of the product cost will be applicable.


Returns & Refund Policy

Orders once placed & processed via naturestouchpickle may not be refunded or canceled. The estimated delivery time is 10-12 days for the delivery of food items to the respective customer. In case of delay or failure in such delivery, Nauturestouchpickle in no circumstances/event will be held responsible for the same. In case the customer is not satisfied with the food items delivered, the customer can request cancellation/refund against the invoice.

However, in case of failure in delivery/food items like if they are damaged spilled, the customer can return the food items to the delivery boy at the time of delivery and hand over a written complaint about the food items on the bill with the signature of the delivery boy.

In case there is any shortfall of the food items or delivery being damaged or spilled, the customer can also inform Naturestouchpickle within 24 hours.

Naturestouchpickle will start investigating the matter for the complaint received and make necessary efforts to complete the investigation within 10 days from the date of initiation. The final decision of such investigation will be taken by Naturestouchpickle and the customer will not be allowed to dispute the same. After mutual agreement regarding a refund of payment, Naturestouchpickle will send back the payment with a similar mode of payment the customer used to make payment. In case of COD servicing firms deny to send back, Naturestouchpickle will issue a cheque with the same amount in favor of the respective customer. The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the common agreement.


Cancellation Policy

Although the customer cannot cancel the order on an individual basis, still they can contact Customer Care as early as possible and provide the order number with the cancellation request. The order can be canceled till the time it is not processed. In such events, we will refund the payments already done by you for an order.

In case we identify any fraudulent transaction made by a customer or any transaction violating the terms & conditions of the website, we hold the right to cancel such orders. We also maintain the list of such fraudulent transactions & customers and ensure that access is denied to them or cancel further orders placed by them

Naturestouchpickle will not be liable for any non-delivery/delay of goods purchased by vendors, manufacturers/shop, etc. (vendors), trade organization/s, fire, wars, flood, communal riots, acts of God, or any other cause which is not in control of Naturestouchpickle.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, destination, and dimensions of the items during the checkout. Shipping payment will be collected during the purchase. The price is the final shipping price to be paid by the customer.

We work with different logistics partners for timely shipments. The estimated shipping time for domestic shipments is between 5 to 7 working days. Delays are bound to happen due to unavoidable situations which we will try to reduce.
